A Review of Paul Janka’s Attraction Formula

For the longest time, I tried to avoid Paul Janka.  And never thought I would write a review about Paul Janka.

After an appearance on Dr. Phil – one which, according to every blog I read, the entire world saw – he came off as an arrogant blowhard and sleazebag who gives a bad name to the POA world. For that reason, there was no reason to give his materials a shot. I mean, I love women, not like this Janka fella who, as evidenced by his womanizing ways, sees them as nothing more than a means to an end.

But then I started hearing that, despite his personality, his methods actually work! And, well, that’s really all that needed to be said for me to give his “Attraction Formula” method a shot. This review is what I found.

Phone Numbers = The Key

If you’ve seen any of the videos out there on YouTube of Janka picking up girls on the street, you’ll notice one simple key to Janka’s pick-up method. Namely, phone numbers. And then more phone numbers. And then after that, some more phone numbers.

See, what Janka understands is that phone numbers, and getting tons and tons of them, is the key. It doesn’t matter how great that first conversation with a girl is, either at a bar or at a party, if you don’t get her phone number and get a second conversation out of it down the road.

And if you get one phone number, it doesn’t matter. Let’s take an average week for Janka. Let’s say he gets 7 phone numbers on a night out. He calls them all. Maybe 4 of them return his phone call. And then 2 of them agree to go out on a date. And then one of them flakes at the last minute. So even though he got 7 numbers, he really only ended up going out with one girl when all is said and done. This is the key that he understands: Getting phone numbers is, pardon the pun, a numbers game. It’s all about quantity, not quality.

And that’s what he teaches in his “Attraction Formula” – how to get a girl’s phone number. He breaks it down and teaches us guys how to get them without any fear of rejection. So, then, will it work for you?

It will work if:

- You are already reasonably comfortable with girls but, for whatever reason, cannot pull the numbers at the end of the day.

- You’re not looking for what to do AFTER you get the numbers. Janka doesn’t get into that. This is basic “how to get phone numbers” fare.

It will not work if:

- You are hideously ugly. Janka assumes you’re at least average looking when he makes his method, so if you’re not, you’re better off going somewhere else for tips.

- You’re at the point where you can’t even make eye contact with girls. If you’re at that phase of stage fright, then you need to work your way up to at least this level before trying out Janka’s method.

On the whole, this method works because of the simplicity it is going after. Janka is trying to get you to get more phone numbers, nothing else. And he succeeds completely in that goal. If that’s what you’re looking for, this is a must have. And when you get enough of those phone numbers, then quickly you will start getting even more dates, and inevitably some more sex!
